Bid security for Rs. 200,000/- in the favor of the Executive Officer, Cantonment Board Jhelum, must be attached with the financial proposal. 4. The contractor/bidders who quote their bids / rates non-reasonable shall submit a performance guarantee in accordance with PPRA Rules 2004. 5. The quotation, prepared in accordance with the instructions contained in the bidding documents, must reach the procurement office at the Cantonment Board Jhelum on or before 15-07-2025 at 1300 hours. The technical proposal will be opened on the same day at 1330 hrs. The financial proposal opening date and time will be communicated separately.
